Richard Andrew Clements, Jr.
Life Experience
Richard Andrew Clements, Jr., was the son of Judge R. A. Clements, Sr. Clements Jr. was an attorney-at-law. He was admitted to practice in 1848. He was a state representative of Daviess County from 1858 to 1859, and a prosecuting attorney for his district for several years. Upon his father’s death, Clements Jr. filled his father’s vacancy on the bench. In the fall of 1866, he was elected circuit judge. He died less than a year later.
